Updated over 3 weeks ago

Get started

Signing up is simple! Follow these steps:

  • Click on "Login" and select "Supplier" as your role

  • Follow the prompts to complete the registration

  • Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account

āš ļø Civic Marketplace is only available to verified work email addresses. You must use your official company email to sign up

How do I address an error I received?

Common login errors and related questions:

Your company hasn’t been registered. Please contact support for access

This means your company domain has not been whitelisted for access yet. Please contact our customer support team for assistance. It’s possible that we have whitelisted a different domain associated with your company, so we’ll need to confirm the correct one with you.

Tip: Double-check that you are on the supplier sign-up page.

The user already exists

This means an account has already been created with your email. Please go to the login page and sign in.

Tip: If you forgot your password, click ā€œForgot Password?ā€ on the login page to reset it.

Invalid username or password

This means either:

  • The credentials entered are incorrect.

  • Your account does not exist.

You signed up using SSO (Google or Microsoft), so you must log in using the SSO option instead of entering a password.

I signed up but didn’t receive a verification email

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, try resending the verification email from the sign-up page or contact support.

Tip: If you signed up using SSO (Google or Microsoft), you do not need to verify your email.

I verified my email and was redirected to the login page. Now what?

This is expected behavior. Simply enter the email and password you set up during sign-up to log in.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the login page, click ā€œForgot Password?ā€, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I requested a password reset but haven’t received an email

This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You signed up using SSO (Google or Microsoft), so password reset isn’t required. Simply log in with your SSO credentials.

  • Your account does not exist.
