Fill in your company information, including business description, contact details, and service offerings. Some of it might already be pre-populated.
To upload references, go to the "References" tab and attach relevant documents such as past performance records, certifications, and client testimonials
Save your profile to ensure all details are up-to-date and visible to agencies
Can I add different States or office locations to my Profile?
You can absolutely add states where you have coverage in your Profile section to allow agencies in those states to view the services you provide in their areas. Listing more than one headquarters location is on our roadmap for a future update.
How do I add or edit the tags on my Profile page? Can I showcase references, case studies, or videos?
Tags are a great way to enhance your visibility and ensure you're matched with the most relevant opportunities. You can add, edit, or delete tags in the “Services and Certifications” section of your Profile.

We strongly encourage suppliers to upload past performance references, testimonials, or letters of recommendation. You can do this in the “References” section of your Profile. These documents help build trust with agencies and show a proven track record of success.
Case Studies:
Use the “Case Studies” section to share brief case studies that demonstrate your capabilities, outcomes delivered, and value added to previous clients. Be concise, data-driven, and results-focused.
Videos:
Want to tell your story in a more dynamic way? Use the “Video” section to include links to videos that introduce your team, showcase your work, or walk through customer success stories. Simply include video URLs (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo), and we’ll display them in your storefront for agencies to view.
Your Civic Marketplace Storefront URL:
Every supplier has a unique storefront on Civic Marketplace that can be shared with agencies, collaborators, or internal stakeholders. You can find and copy your custom storefront URL directly from your Profile page.
